Introducing Lee Dlamini, founder and director
Lee Dlamini is the founder and director of Leverage.
A qualified CA(SA), Lee has over 20 years of diverse corporate experience having worked at SARS and Arnold Cooper, among others.
An entrepreneur from the outset, Lee is fuelled by enabling the legacy dreams and strategic intentions of Leverage’s clients. His active involvement and interest in projects has created a culture of deep care, commitment and excellence in our business.
Introducing Tshepo Khoza, associate director
Tshepo Khoza is an associate director at Leverage.
Tshepo brings a wealth of technical skill and experience to our team. He has worked both locally and abroad in Bermuda, specialising in financial management and reporting, financial operations and assurance.
He is a qualified CA(SA).
Introducing Harold George Hyde, business development manager
Harold George Hyde is a seasoned Business Development Manager with over 24 years of experience spanning IT governance, project management, incident and change management, as property sales and management.
Currently at Velar Petroleum, he excels in fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders nationwide, specialising in diesel supply and delivering comprehensive solutions.
His leadership is characterized by leading by example, inspiring excellence, and providing opportunities for team growth.
Harold’s strategic approach focuses on problem-solving, continual service improvement, and leveraging frameworks like ITIL and COBIT to enhance IT governance and maximize technological value.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information and Technology Management.
Introducing Matjatji Rampheri, senior manager
Matjatji is the senior manager of our team.
A qualified CA(SA), she has accumulated extensive experience primarily in the private sector, with a significant portion gained during her training at SNG Grant Thornton.
Her expertise extends across various critical areas including financial reporting, corporate and individual tax compliance, managing client debt with SARS, handling tax disputes and overseeing general correspondence with tax authorities.
Her qualifications include a BCom Accounting (University of Johannesburg) and a post-graduate diploma in accounting (Unisa).
She is a member of SAICA.
Introducing Mamello Radebe, junior accountant
Mamello Radebe is a junior accountant and office administrator.
She supports the team in assisting individuals and businesses with all tax-related matters, including tax returns, VAT submissions, PAYE compliance, and general correspondence with SARS.
With a background in Business Management from Boston City Campus, Mamello ensures seamless support for both our clients and team members.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree at UNISA.
